July 2, 3 and 4 nights are priced together at $650 a night with a three-night minimum. Arrive July 2 and leave July 5 for the full holiday weekend. Check local listings for public fireworks plans; the house hosts no events.
Expect extreme afternoon heat and occasional monsoon storms later in the month. Keep outdoor activity to early morning or after dark, stay hydrated, and bring the group inside for movies, billiards, air hockey and arcade games during the hottest hours.
After the holiday, Sunday–Thursday nights return to $350. A four-night mid-July example is below.
