The day
One golf day, hour by hour, from the front door.

Coffee and out the door
In-season first tee times start around 6:45. Every course here is 17–30 minutes away.

Bag drop and range
Arrive 30–40 minutes early. At Grayhawk make it 60 and use the range — it's the best public one in town.

Tee off
Morning rounds play cooler, calmer, and faster. Afternoon wind is the local tax.

Phil's Grill at Grayhawk, the TPC clubhouse deck, or the We-Ko-Pa patio. All have shade and cold beer.

Pool, putting green, pickleball court — the recovery half of the day happens at home.

Before you book
- Book peak season early
- January through April is the busiest golf market in America. TPC and Troon North want 60–90 days of notice.
- Summer is 70% off
- June–September the same tee sheets drop to $60–$150. Play at 6am and be done before the heat.
- Overseeding closes courses
- Most tracks close 2–3 weeks in October to overseed. Check before you plan an October trip.
- Carts are usually mandatory
- We-Ko-Pa and The Phoenician are the two you can genuinely walk.
- Rentals are fine here
- All five rent current-model TaylorMade or Callaway sets — no need to fly with clubs.
